Daniel Parrella

Daniel Parrella is one of the co-founders of Gateway Development Company. Daniel grew up in Davis and began his career in real estate working in the Sacramento region as a real estate agent before transitioning to Urban Infill. Daniel specializes in multifamily and mixed use projects in core areas. Daniel focuses on underutilized properties with challenging entitlement issues. Daniel has also syndicated deals with investors for distressed assets in Northern and Central California

Wesley Sagewalker

Wesley Sagewalker Studied Classics at Harvard University and Dalhousie University before attending the University of Mannheim for their Masters of Economics program. Wesley is passioniate about applying economic insights and data analytics to solve California's most pressing problems. He is an avid tennis player, outdoor enthusiast, and lover of literature.

Andrew Truman Kim

Andrew has over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate. Andrew has managed over $17 million in real estate investment and private equity deal value. In the past, Andrew has been a U.S. congressional staffer and campaign manager - specializing in small business development, economic development programs and battleground campaigns. As a commercial landlord, Andrew owns, manages and operates commercial & residential properties - focused on serving startup founders, entrepreneurs, and the growing workforce in California. Andrew is a Certified Project Manager from Stanford University and a proud UC Davis alumnus.

Michael Miller

Michael has a plethora of real estate experience ranging from residential services, to dealing with distressed assets, to commercial leasing and sales, as well as being a mortgage broker. Michael's background in real estate is coupled with his political work as a CA Senate staff member and campaign field director. Michael is passionate about addressing California's housing crisis by finding sustainable solutions in local communities. Michael is a proud alumnus of UC Davis and the London School of Economics.
